Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how Telemetry & Logic Engineering (TLE) Ltd. collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Information We Collect
Personal Information
When you contact us or request services, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title. We only collect information that is necessary for providing our services and responding to your inquiries.
Contact Form
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, subject and message, and your phone number and industry if you choose to give them. The form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which passes your message to our email inbox.
Simulator Accounts
To use our simulation software you create an account with your email address and a password. We confirm your email address by sending you a one-time code. Your password is stored in protected (hashed) form and we cannot read it. We also record how many simulation runs your account has made, with the date and which simulator was used, and any access key you redeem. This is used to apply the free-run limit and to understand how the simulators are used. We do not use the email address of a simulator account to send you marketing.
Browser Storage
The simulators keep your sign-in session and your last settings in your browser's local storage on your own device. This is not a cookie. Your settings are not sent to us, and the sign-in session is used only to keep you signed in.
Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages viewed. This information helps us improve our website and user experience.
How We Use Your Information
Service Delivery
We use your personal information to provide our engineering services, respond to inquiries, send service-related communications, and fulfill contractual obligations.
Website Improvement
Technical data helps us analyze website performance, understand user behavior, and improve our digital presence to better serve our clients.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website. If you appear to be visiting from the United Kingdom, the European Union or the wider European Economic Area, we ask for your consent first and set no analytics cookies unless you accept; you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Elsewhere, analytics is active by default. See our Cookie Policy for details on what data this collects and how it is used.
Advertising & Conversion Tracking
With your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to measure which ads lead to enquiries. This only activates if you opt in to Marketing cookies through our cookie preferences tool.
Marketing Communications
With your consent, we may send you information about our services, industry updates, and company news. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
Data Security
Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and restricted access to personal data.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized. Simulator account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and its run history, and we will do so.
Your Rights
GDPR Compliance
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability of your personal information.
Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below. We will respond to your request within one month and may require verification of your identity.
Data Sharing and Transfers
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or serving our clients. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.
We use Web3Forms to process contact-form messages. We use Supabase to host simulator accounts and run records. Account emails are sent through Supabase and any email service we connect to it. Supabase stores this data on servers in Southeast Asia, which is outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area; see International Transfers below.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
International Transfers
If we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with GDPR requirements.
